Shipping
- · All in-stock orders are usually dispatched the next working day.
- · Bespoke and made-to-order pieces take longer to craft — typically 2–4 weeks — and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.
- · Complimentary fully insured shipping worldwide on every order.
- · UK delivery next-day after dispatch; international 3–7 working days, fully tracked and insured.
- · A signature is required on delivery.
14-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be completely in love with your Maison Jewellers piece. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- · Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@maisonjewellers.com.
- · Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, IGI certificates, tags and documentation intact.
- · The piece must show no signs of wear, alteration, resizing or damage. Any item returned with marks, scratches or missing components will not be eligible for refund.
- · Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be fully insured for the full retail value. Maison Jewellers is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit on return.
- · Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection, to the original payment method.
- · Bespoke, engraved, resized or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
- · Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
Earrings — Non-Returnable
For strict hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, including studs, hoops and drops. This applies to every earring sale, with no exceptions. We are happy to advise you in detail before purchase — please contact our concierge if you have any questions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
